A very enjoyable evening was had when the Bowls club invited main sponsor Clarkes of Walsham to a challenge match on the green. With a lovely summer evening and everything on the green (apart from the odd player) and the surrounding vista looking resplendent a good time was had by all. No results were published so as not to embarrass any home bowlers.
