Monday nights are all about getting out and active with the first session of Walking Football for the week. There are two sessions on Tuesday afternoons, with the early session intended to be a slower-pace. Finally, Thursday afternoons wrap up the week.
Walking netball is a slower version of the game we all love. It is netball, but at a slower walking pace. Women the length of the country have started playing Walking Netball for the fun, laughter and camaraderie the social session brings, as much as the health benefits on offer.
Monday nights are all about getting out and active with the first session of Walking Football for the week. There are two sessions on Tuesday afternoons, with the early session intended to be a slower-pace. Finally, Thursday afternoons wrap up the week.
Need some mindful time out of the hectic world of modern life – we have some great sessions of Yoga Each week. Our session from 1700 to 1800 each Wednesday is for beginners. The morning and evening sessions are for everyone to join in. Come along and meet a lovely group of fellow yogis Yoga […]

To celebrate the May Bank Holiday Weekend, the Sports Club will be hosting the annual Family Fun Day. With loads of packed entertainment for all the family during the afternoon and a disco in the evening, come along and join in the fun. Fingers crossed for some cracking weather!
A regular feature event on our calendar – the legendary ‘Pat’s Bingo’ runs on Sunday evenings and is always a great social event. During the Summer months you can often couple this with a late afternoon in front of the cricket.
