Secretary required for Walsham Le Willows Sports Club CIO

There is a good saying that the time to fix the roof is when the sun is shining; well, we feel we are in a good place at the Sports Club but recognise there are areas of administration that can be improved looking forward. 

Trustees are scheduled to meet at least twice a year but we are likely to move that to quarterly as new trustees are incorporated into the group. The current secretary taking minutes is normally one of the trustees, but to ensure discussions are correctly recorded; it would be better if a volunteer could be found from within the Club to take on that task.

Bar Staff

The Sports Club are looking for more help behind the bar and although experience is a real bonus, we can be patient and train if we can get the right people. It is mostly evening work but hours are flexible and wages attractive.
